Stan is a native Missourian.  He received his music education degree from New Mexico State University, and a master's degree from Southwest Missouri State.  Stan has been a music teacher for 18 years and is currently Director of Bands at Marquette High School in the Rockwood School District. GCBB sincerely welcomes Stan to this new position.  His direction and education experience will keep GCBB all in time and all in tune - in a word, professional.  Since the band members feel they are always learning, they look forward to benefiting from his teaching skills. He will continue to play the drums and kick off the tunes from there.
